My last dishwasher sucked! Then it died... I bought this one due to the reviews I read online about it, and I must say I am very pleased!!! It's easy to load, easy to operate, has lots of features, and does an awesome job cleaning your dishes!!! I have only had it for a few weeks but could not be happier!!! Because it does not have a very good description/pictures, I will give you some info that I wished I had when I was looking. 1. It has 3 sprayer arms! 2. The top rack is angled...this is hard to picture, but is a really cool feature. It allows you to put serving plates, or bowls in the top rack on one side. 3. In addition to it's 3 wash cycles, you can also add: high-temp wash, tough scrub, heated dry, and sanitize (which heats of the water in the rinse cycle to sanitize your dishes)!

This machine holds a lot of dishes and gets them clean clean for the most part. I have had problems with white residue being left of my glassware. I'm still trying to figure out what detergent works best. I know it's not hard water because I didn't have the residue problem with my last Maytag that was 11 years old. There is no dial or display on the door letting you know where in the wash/rinse cycle the machine is in or how much time is remaining.

After having this installed for one week we called BB and asked to return it, which they did. It is noisy, does not dry the dishes at all and you can just tell the quality is poor. While waiting for our new dishwaher, only 3 weeks after getting this washer the control panel is starting to peel off. I do not recommend this product at all.

This dishwasher works great. Just took me time to figure out how to load it. What went where so I could get more dishes in there. It has so many options, you have to play with it to learn what works best for you. It quiet too.
