Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this to replace my refridgerator that I got in 1991.....it's about 5 years old, luckily I kept my old one to use in the garage for stocking up on primarily stuff to drink, because so far they have been out to repair it about four times during the last two months. Had I not had my back-up I'd of had a refridgerator and freezer full of spoiled food............two months plus worth of spoiled food! I am greatly disappointed with Maytag and in addition to my disappointment the technician that came out to service it told us that they have a life span of about 4 years average, somethimes less. Good to know when making an investment of apprx $1200-1300 that it will quit on you when you least expect it!
