We are very happy with the Maytag refrigerator however, we are extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the Best Buy delivery and service. We have spent over $20,000 this past year in media equipment appliances, we even pay annually to be Total Rewards members. We will never purchase another item there due to the delivery and service.

Works well, plenty of room vsvotger 25’s but it’s too noisy. Had a warranty repair appt to look at it one week after we purchased. Was told warranty doesn’t cover the loud noise operation if it works. Maytag won’t replace with another.

Bought a new one, they delivered a refurbished one with dents on all sides, also had been used, dirty and missing a shelf. Doors were uneven and not flush total nightmare!!! 4th time I ordered from Best buy and received damaged items!!!

No installation, no handes, door doesn't close

My refrigerator was delivered yesterday on time. However, the two guys took the doors off to bring it in, put the doors back on and walked out. When I asked about "installation" and even just attaching the handles, they said "drop-off only--we don't touch anything." I thought installation was included. And after they left, I noticed that the refrigerator door doesn't close (the freezer side closes tight).

after having Samsung Fridge and all the issues with it, we decided to go with MAYTAG. ^ months after delivery, service is coming out because freezer isnt freezing

I purchased this Maytag on 9-21-24, upon opening it it was scratched, I have never had a chance to use this appliance
because it has been back ordered & this is a disappointment for my family. I am not if Best Buy is a place to be buying appliances anymore
