We have spent over $20,000 this past year in media equipment appliances, we even pay annually to be Total Rewards members. We will never purchase another item there due to the delivery and service.

Had a warranty repair appt to look at it one week after we purchased. Was told warranty doesn’t cover the loud noise operation if it works. Maytag won’t replace with another.

Doors were uneven and not flush total nightmare!!! 4th time I ordered from Best buy and received damaged items!!!

No installation, no handes, door doesn't close

However, the two guys took the doors off to bring it in, put the doors back on and walked out. When I asked about "installation" and even just attaching the handles, they said "drop-off only--we don't touch anything." I thought installation was included. And after they left, I noticed that the refrigerator door doesn't close (the freezer side closes tight).

Maytag on back order!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not if Best Buy is a place to be buying appliances anymore ?
