Bought on 7/13/17 delivered on 8/3/17 I bought this washer machine thinking that this was a great brand. When the washer was delivered it was two guys who came to my house but only one person actually brought the washer in with the help of a guy who trimming trees for a company. When I ask was he only he said no and that his coworker was outside doing the paper work. This was disappointing after he please the washer in the wash room I signed the papers, this guy had the nerves to ask me if I had another pen that he can have. Please make sure when you clock in to work that you have the items you need to get the job done. The guy by the name of Dre brought the washer in and was in a complete rush (mainly because my delivery was schedule between the hours of 4:00-8:00 pm they were at my house a little before 8:00am(this time my vary about ten minutes earlier or later. This guy called me around 7:00 and ask if he can deliver early I told him that I need to go to the grocery store he aside okay that he would call my when was on his way between one - two house. He called me 1/2 hour later and said he was parked in for on my house. He told me he wanted to get me done early in the morning because he planned to be completely done by 4:00), First he wasn't going to put the washer in the laundry room until I ask him why would he delivery something and not put it were it suppose to go. Anyway he did put the new one in the laundry room. The washer itself was a complete waste of money, I would have been better off keeping my old one in please and put my money on something that was well worth my money. This machine makes different noise during the whole time. I don't understand the whole bright idea behind the auto sensoing my pay my own wafer bill so I need to be able to wash my clothes in water with laundry soap. I pay my own electric bill so I don't need help from may tag on neither parts. I just don't understand who in the hack wash their clothes a large load with what seems like a tablespoon of water. The clothes are wet again with what seems like a tablespoon of water. Lastly, if you was to wash a small load and what to see the water the dare deep water wash doesn't even understand that you have a small load (had selected light load) the darn mashing would fell the water completely up. This is need for a large load, again setting the washer to wash a heavy load first keep the auto sensor on the machine for the first wash which of course did not get anything clean that was in the washer. The clothes didn't even smell clean at all. So of course I had to re-wash using more water and more laundry detergent, this time I selected deep water wash.

Just had my new washer installed. I didn't realize how large the tub was and how much it could hold. The reviews I read made it seem like it wasn't for big loads. It is huge. The installers were very nice and I think he was an actual plumber. Installation went smooth, they were very considerate about not making any marks on the walls when removing the old and installing the new washer

i love my new washer, i can do my comforters in it because its so big they fit and i dont have to make a special trip to the laundromat

Great would recommend to anyone that's is looking a washer inexpensive

10 year warranty make this a good system It is a good washer

You cannot adjust an off balance load like you could with the older models. Water levels do not cover the load on scencer cycle. To bad this is the only kind of washers that they make today.

Won't even fill if the lid is open, so if you want to let it fill and before adding laundry you have to stand there waiting; if you forget it will go through the whole cycle. If you leave it paused with the lid open to run get more laundry, it drains, soap and all. Then to restart it before it finishes draining you have to unplug it. Since you can't open it without disrupting a cycle it's just never clear what it's doing.
