Has been working well and very efficient. The only thing I do not like is that the light stays on after its done.You have to open it so ot turns off.

I was not sure how loud the machine would be, it is very quiet. This machine holds a lot more than expected.

iT WAS DEFINATELY WORTH THE PRICE AND I AM VERY SATISFIED, BIG LOADS AND QUIET, EASY TO INSTALL AND LOVE THAT IT LOADS ON THE TOP AND WATER SENDORED, SO YOU ONLY USE WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE SIZE OF THE LOAD, YOU CAN WASH COMFORTERS AND THEN DRY THEM IN THE SET OF WASH AND DRYER MACHINES I BOUGHT TOGETHER.

Washes clothes fine. Different settings for different types of losds.

When I did my research before purchasing this washer, it showed the agitator was the old type which mixed and agitate the load, the one I was hoping for. It’s actually the silent one similar to the HE model. I still think the latest ones don’t handle your clothes particularly well.

Noisy and won't spin bulky items dry. My last maytag washer was great ? Sad I know nothing won't happen would be nice to have a new one to change out then I would be happy and give me a piece of mind.

Good for the price, gets the job done. Nothing fancy.

After a month, washer began to make a loud noise while spinning. I called Maytag technical service and they sent a technician, he said he needed to replace a part underneath. so he ordered it, so we had to wait for the replacement and installation. He came to replaced it and things got worst. washer decided to fill the drum and drain the water, that is it. After a month of 5 technician visits 3 parts have been replaced including control board and shifter and washer does not work. Maytag says the "board" needs to meet to approve a replacement but it will take 2 business days for them to contact me and arrange the replacement. All I hope now is that I'm not getting a refurbished unit because I bought a new unit 2 months ago.

They have running smooth and they are very easy to use.

It cleans clothes well and is very quiet. For the smallest washer drum that they have it does hold a lot of clothes.

MAYTAG 12 WASHING CYCLES AND 2 RINSE OPTIONS LET YOU DECIDE HOW YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES BE WASHED. CHOOSING THE AUTO-SENSING FEATURE WILL LET YOU SAVE MONEY IN YOUR WATER BILL AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY.

Very pleased with the size and performance thus far. Much better than a front loader and less maintenance. So far so good. We also bought the Maytag matching dryer.

Purchased 11/24, scheduled and cancelled due to snow. Deliver on Sat. Crew broke handle to shut off water. Could not get new dryer thru basement door. Had to leave new washer on patio, reschedule. Would not accept any suggestions. On reschedule, new crew had no trouble getting new machine thru both doors and thru basement door! They took pictures of numerous dings and scratches. Ray and Isaiah super team.

Since its installation, we have had no issues with the washer. It works great for our entire family.

Too noisy but gets the job done and it doesn’t let you know when the wash is done washing. It’s ok for the price

Washer works as expected, but new models just do not clean like older models. Just a by product of eco friendly.

I've run this machine through every cycle without an issue. Ample size for a family of four. Has performed a superior job on clean heavily soiled clothing. Buy made in America!

Love my washer once I learned how to use it first none agitater washer. I have king size bed can wash comforter sheets blanket pillow cases all at once and are clean.
