It left horrible spots on my clothes, did not use enough water, did not get the clothes very clean. I was told by the service man not to fill it very full because it would be too hard on the machine, not to use fabric softener, to heat up my water first, etc., etc, When I tried to get some service from the company, it was like pulling teeth. They were VERY hard to work with. After about 8 months of dealing with the company, they finally replaced some parts. It "works" but only after I have adjusted soaps and used only certain settings. Very disappointed in the company!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It doesn't fill maybe 1/4 of water if that. Locking lid, I know its a safety issue but come on people watch your kids!! Water stops as the door is opened another safety issue. Don't recommend buying this.
