I would not choose this washer again if I had the option to do so. There is a reason there is a cycle that is labeled spin and drain- sometimes at the end of the power wash cycle, not all of the water drains from the clothes. Also, the water pours out through the soap dispenser, which seems like a nice function until you realize that water just sits in that soap compartment. On the positive side- it holds larger loads since there is no agitator.

The washer was easy to figure out and washes loads well. Had for a month, no complaints!

I am old fashioned and still love too loading washers. This one has a transparent lid so you can see what’s going on while the wash is in progress which I like. There is no agitator which is nice because I can throw in my large, bulky items like blankets and dog beds without creating the washer to go off balance. Love this washing machine.

This washer cleans much better and definitely holds a much larger load than my previous washer.

Very pleased. I personify my new washer as a dear family member. Believe me, it deserves the notice. The washer uses so little water - on the right setting - that it is an Eco-DREAM! We sent our kid to an environmental college - his choice - and now we can actually contribute to keeping the world cleaner, with far less energy & negative impact, every time we use this wonderful washer. Sounds corny, but its not. BUY THIS WASHER.

I read reviews AFTER I purchesed and the reviews had me feeling like I made a huge mistake. As long as you read the instructions and load the machine properly, you won't have issues. My clothes have been coming out clean and I have no complaints!

I bought this as it was in Stock installation issues aside, this washer isn't all its cracked up to be. I'm currently getting mine replaced out for a different model. The drum is warped, possibly from installation. It doesn't level out very well in the first place. Heavy loads wash well. Grest size for comforters or towels. I have used it a dozen times or so. Of those times twice it did not rinse well. Recommend using extra rinse for jeans or jackets and towels

The washer seems to do a good job washing; however, everyone in my household is retired so we don't have heavily soiled items. Therefore, I can't say how it does in that case. The cycle takes a long time compared to our previous washer that had an agitator. Haven't timed it down to the minute, but seems like about an hour. I don't understand why they didn't put an end-of-cycle signal on it. Seems to do a good job of determining the amount of water needed. Make sure you don't forget to put something in the load; at a certain point it locks itself so you can't open the lid during the cycle. According to the delivery people you have to leave the lid propped open after using so that the water dries up, otherwise it can get mildewy. I would probably recommend to a friend, but after telling them the things I stated above.

This machine is user friendly and leaves clothes smelling cleaner.

Our washer motor broke and we bought this machine to replace it and a month+ in we couldn't be happier. The unit does a good sized load (key when you have 2 toddlers) and the buttons and knobs are easy to work and intuitive. And just as important as any of that is that the price was right! If you just need your clothes cleaned well and don't need a lot of bells and whistles, this is the unit for you!

Great waster at a great price. The space it takes up is minimal and the capacity is quite large. It does everything we need for our laundry for a family of 5. If clothes get shifted to one side during the wash, the washer will shake and move all over the place.

Washer handles large loads and is very quiet. Very simple technology if your just washing normal cotton, jeans, and polyester fabrics. Was recommended by a washer repair guy.

This thing can do like 2 loads. Works fast even for high efficiency.

I absolutely love this washing machine! It holds a ton of clothes and I love all the different wash selections and how it monitors how much water to add by how big the load is. The window is a plus too!
