Bought this to replace an older whirlpool duet that lasted 15 years. I am happy with it except I wish I would have spent the additional $ 100.00 and got the next model up. I think the steam feature and few extra features would have been worth the money. My only complaint is that it is a bit load. You would think that with today's technology it could be ultra quite.

I like the washer, but we had to take the feet off. It ended up being about a 1/4 l taller then our last machine so only fit under the counter if we took off the feet. Runs great, though! Also the guys who delivered it tipped it over coming down the ramp. Almost refused delivery, but it still had protective Styrofoam around it and i did see any dents or dings. :(

This is not a large capacity washer, but for a family of 3, it does all the necessary washing we need efficiently and quietly. Without extra loads, I might add. Its a better way than the top loader we previously had, which quit after three years. I've read about Maytag's reliability and eel better about the ten year warranty on major parts to boot.

The washer runs great, is efficient, quiet. The only thing is that you have to hold the start button until it counts down to start but that helps when there are little fingers that hit the buttons often as this prevents it from starting unless it is held!

Great washer for the price. Purchased this a little over 1 month ago for $700, beating other local prices by 10%. Works great, although the cycles on this model take a little longer than other brands I've owned, that has not been an issue. Really, can't beat the performance and capacity at this price for a front loading washer!

When I purchased this, I was looking for reliability without all the fancy features like WiFi and steam, which I wouldn't use. For the price, size and company reputation, this fit the bill. I have a Maytag dryer it's been going strong for 15 years. I enjoy the simple control panel design. It's intuitive and simple. A normal wash runs about 50 minutes. The water temperature is adjustable no matter which wash setting you choose.

As this is a replacement machine for one that parts couldn’t be obtained to fix, it works fine. The other machine was only 3 years old, but literally could not be repaired because of parts no longer available. Smacks of planned obsolescence to me. If you’re on your A game, you will purchase the extended warranty these days. It saved my bacon!!!

This machine replaces a 14 year old Kenmore Elite that died. I like this machine so far, but it is louder and vibrates the floor a little more than the old one. It dies really spin the clothes dry though. Had I to do it over again, I would probably go for one model higher. Did not think I needed all those other cycles the next model up has, but I do miss the ultra gentle/handwash cycle on the old machine.

Love it! It fits so snugly in my laundry room and works super efficiently. It was making a knocking noise initially but when I had the service ppl come look at it, it was a part that the installers forgot to remove. All is well now.

So for so good! It uses a lot less detergent, I've accidentally put too much in and have gotten the excessive suds error. Also uses less water and the wash cycle can be set to be shorter depending on your soil level. Pretty nice! Delivery was quick and professional.

I am enjoying my new Maytag washer. Easy to use and very quiet. I have always purchased Maytag for my washer/dryer and find that they last a long time and never give any problems. Hoping this one does the same. so far so good!!

easy installation runs quietly digitally displays remaining time clothing is very clean. One thing to check is that the spin cycle is not turned off on the screen. It is a surprise to find the clothes very wet at the end when the spin cycle is accidentally turned off.

Delivery guys were amazing. We already had plans for that morning. So crew came in time and set it up for 30 min and left. We had this item for about 6 month no issues so far.

Old washer coding out. Repair service (not Best Buy, but someone contracted with them) came out 3 times and still the washer was not fixed. Was given the option to cash in on my 5-year protection plan and get a new washer. So I did! Love it!

We've had this machine for about 3 weeks. It gets a workout, doing 1-2 loads a day. So far so good. We're hoping this machine lasts as long as our last Maytag washer...18 years! Time will tell.

The washing machine is great but I'm writing this review because of the awesome delivery experience I had. The Geek Squad showed up on time, were VERY friendly and quickly set up my new washer and removed my old one. They gave me a tutorial of the appliance as well. Just a fantastic experience and will definitely consider buying from Best Buy again even if the price is a little more than competition. We Wil NEVER buy anything from Lowe's ever again because of the horrific customer service we've had MANY times with delivery and installation of big ticket purchases. Thank you BB!

Probably the most powerful cleaning washing machine on the market. It does not have the sanitize function but does have steam and coupled with how powerful the machine is lack of a dedicated sanitization setting is more than compensated for. It does occasionally misrepresent the time taken for a load (for example, 1 minute left will be displayed for like 5 minutes) but it is because the machine is trying to get rid of the last few suds. It always fixes itself though, so not a deal-breaker.

I had a Samsung, it only lasted 6 years. Trying Maytag to match my dryer. If I could improve 1 item. it is the selection of wash cycle features (water temp, spin, dirt) must be checked each time because the default is the highest level hot water, high spin, heavy dirt.

Installed professionally by Bestbuy installers. We use it 4 times a day on the average. On weekends we wash 20 towels and 7 sets of sheets. Its flawless so far. Once you understand the touchscreen theres nothing to it. Unbalanced loads can affect the outcome. It's not a big deal but the controls don't understand the unbalanced load and the machine can keep going and going. The quick load setting is what we use the most. The clothes can feel wet to the touch but they dry in a shorter time somehow. Queen quilts are easy to do. We did 20 loads in one week and it didn't skip a beat.
