Our last washing machine lasted 23 years. When we started using this new one we found the dials confusing and had to spend time doing internet searches to figure things out. The new machine was lacking in user information and we found the whole Deep Fill thing confusing. We've had the machine for several weeks now and and determined what features of the machine work best for us. We like the machine but found 23 years makes a big difference in product design and features.

I do love my new washer, it's just that the clothes are so wrinkled when they come out. I'm not sure why but thinking because it spins the clothes really fast and gets the water out. I cannot hang anything on hanger without a lot of wrinkles. Must use my dryer for most things or wrinkle city! Otherwise, this machine is sturdy and cleans laundry great. I love all the choices I have for different loads and water temps. It just those wrinkles.

Thus washer is not bad. I cannot figure out how to open the lid once it starts. Otherwise it washes well.

Its a good washer with lots of water the only thing is , the lid locks when in use. Close to what the older washers were. So dont really mind it.

This machine was a really good choice for a first time purchase. Just a solid, good washing machine. Only downside is the noise. Its pretty loud.

I didn’t want a new washer but sometimes the old stuff can’t be repaired. That said, I really like this washer. It’s basic but it will fill up with water and all the clothes come out clean. It’s better than what I had and therefor far better than expected. I have only had it a little over a month but it gets used often.

This washer is loud and the start button is sensitive.
