The machine is confusing, and it has taken awhile for me to figure out how to work it. I also like to look inside of the washer, but now it’s more difficult since the lid locks.

Ended up being a wire for a pump that mysteriously cut perfectly. Tech told me maybe it was bad since factory. A month later same issue I figured I checked first and sure enough it was cut at a different spot. This happened a few times until I finally just rewired the machine. Do not recommend.

Good machine, VERY loud.

The washing machine works very well. However, the machine is very very loud. It also vibrates/shakes during the load. The machine is in our basement and we hear it two floors above. Didn’t think this would bother me as much as it does.
