I was able to take care of the installation myself because there is a truck to the valves that I later remembered. The men were nice and professional and they even had a supervisor try to insall the lines but the valves had a certain way that I remembered later. The delivery men were great and did a great job.

Only used it once and now it need a gearcase and other parts!!! The sad thing is Best Buy is refusing to refund or give me a new washer !!!

I love how this machine submerges our clothes completely in water. Our clothes always come out super clean.
