Told them what I was looking for took me right to it. The sales representative knows his product answer all my questions. He took he's time tell on how everything worked. He took extra time to look up my cash rewards. Applied my rewards made my day. That's why I shop at Best Buy. I've been in the retail industry for 40 years. So if you're shopping for a new appliance stop hear first and save time and money on gas..... You have a customer for life!

So when I went back I asked for that same salesman and he was very good so I gave him the sale.

Great washing machine!

(We had purchased a Maytag earlier and traded it in after 4 washes)

The Start/Pause button is extremely hard to push in to operate but otherwise it is a nice machine.

It is not the most fancy machine and it is not not the most elaborate, but it washes clothes and gets them clean. The only thing I don't like about is when you start it it locks down the lid so I can't see it working, so ihave to trust that it is doing the job without my supervision.

Ive had to rebalance several times and still would not spin. I hate the washer my old one was way better. Very sorry I bought thisnone
