Junk machine & Maytag is ok with it!!
I have never submitted a review in my life. This feels necessary! Save yourself a headache. Purchased in August 2023. Broke down April 7, 2024, still under warranty. Repair men have been out 6 times. They have replaced the LOWER CONTROL HARNESS, DRAIN PUMP, DOOR LOCK SWITCH, & MOTHER BOARD. It won't let me add the video, but after the 6th visit, 5 weeks later, the washer worked, but also sounded like a jackhammer!!! Just found out today they have to come back and replace the TRANSMISSION. Only for the repairman to insinuate that the way I use it could be the problem. What? Maytag said the tech would have to declare it a lemon. Save yourself a headache and money.

You guys are amazing very amazing especially with financing you always have great deals. If not you work with ous on the financing part thier is always someone their to assist you and go over with you the delivery down to check out i so far have bought a washer a dryer and phones

Bait and switch. They sold us an “open box” machine that didn’t exist. Canceled the delivery twice on the same day it was supposed to be delivered. Customer service is a joke! Kept saying we needed to go to the store to buy a different (more expensive) machine. Then, they wouldn’t refund my money because the machine was “in transit”. I told them “if it was in transit we wouldn’t be having this conversation.” I had to call back the next day for another 45 minutes on the phone with customer service. Nothing was easy. I wrote an email to the CEO of Best Buy. No response! The FTC really needs to look into deceptive trade practices of Best Buy.
