I guess this is the new (at least our previous machine was purchase 14-20 years ago. Spin cycle is very noisy and machine shakes a lot. It does, however, get the clothes clean.

They seriously replaced it THREE times before I just switched to an LG and it would’ve been nice if they would’ve price matched for the inconvenience. It would work for about 2-3 days then malfunction, it would repeat the cycle and just keep filling with water. It “finished” after almost 2 hours and the clothes still SOAKED. The same issue with the replacements.

Machine wont unlock. My next machine will be a speed queen. First malfunction occurred less than a month or so of owning it. Now, were at month 11 and we are having the same problem. Calling for service again tomorrow.

The washer holds a lot of clothes and does a very good job of washing. The dryer has many different settings making it easy for my clothes to become completely dry.
