We needed a great washing machine with out so many bells and whisles that worked and lasted. We feel like we found that. Great delivery process too.

Despite having extended warranty. They state that product is under manufacturers warranty. I should contact manufacturer. I have paid extra for three year extended geek squad warranty.

The only issue I see with the washer is that it doesn’t have an alert to let you know when it’s finished washing.

It didn’t get the clothes very clean. It was very noisy. The machine sounded tinny and was cheaply made. We had owned a Maytag for over 15 years and never had any problem with it. I loved it, so we got a new Maytag and it was a pile of junk.

I bought another brand and after having use them for two weeks, I have to return them. Then we choose Maytag and it was the best decision.

Nobody at store will pick up and then holding for call center. I just want to add Geek protection geez. Didn’t realize it would be so hard to spend money.
