    The items I received has a flimsy lid not the same quality like- the Maytag washer on display washer on display did not have a flimsy lid that’s why I purchased the same model- store sent a replacement but had the same flimsy lid - I was told it was a bad batch??? Wrong answer bestbuy…..yes they sent a replacement- with the same flimsy lid… then I was told I could upgrade? What ??? So they scheduled a service call then told the service guy issue was resolved??? Wrong - issue was never resolved!!!
