I asked the sales person if repairs were free under the membership and he said YES. Now my machine is broken and they want $79 to repair it. Why did you you guys tell me it would be free then? This is the second time I used my total tech and the first time they got out of fixing my appliance and I was out $1800. Now this. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!

I have only had this washer for about 3 months and I have already had to get a technician out to service it. And maybe the technician was terrible at his job or this washer is truly a defective device because I am still having issues. It is not so much that the washer will not wash, it is simply all the steps I have to take to get it to finish a simple washing cycle. It is quite ridiculous. I will vlog about this and hopefully prevent someone from wasting their time and money on this model!
