Second replacement

This washer stop spinning out clothing in less than two weeks each time. Customer service have you on hold for signifant amounts of time. I do not like their business because they rude. They act like i didnt pay money for the appliances. The dry you have to dry it twice this insane and i am sick of it all. I will never shop here again for my appliances. I am too out done.

Don’t waste your money

Lousey product, great service from Best Buy

That's why I will continue to shop there. this washer takes about 3 to 4 minutes to start! You have to stand there and hold the start button!!!! PIA!!!! Would never buy this brand again.

Additionally, it tends to tear clothes and leaves white marks on them after washing. Based on these issues, I do not recommend this brand.

The fabric softener does not distribute into the clothes. And I don't like the washing option without fabric softener either because it doesn't rinse with enough water, it only rinses with a little water and squeezing. This washing machine is not to my taste. Only I can't return it because my time has expired.

Worst washer ever

Do not buy this piece of crap! I bought one in February and it broke within 30 days. Best Buy replaced it and that one just broke in the same exact way. Doesn’t drain and lid won’t unlock. The locking lid is a ridiculously design. Worst washer ever.
