The price of the show room model was very attractive to me and the machine works very well. The laundry instructions are very limited and as such it is trying various options ourself Only minus point it that it does not qualify for a Consumers Energy rebate. Not sure why there are still new machines being produced that do not qualify.

Wanted a large capacity washer and it serves that purpose. Wish it didn't come damaged though.

Bought the set for my wife along with a new home. We both love them what a great investment. Easy to operate and we have 4 children which means that they are in use all day every day. Had them for over a month now and still no issues. Like i said great machine's and the help the people at the store were awesome along with the delivery team.

Replaced a Samsung with this. Seems to use a bit more water and washes better as a result.

Nice machine, easy to use. Works great. The only reasons I did not give 5 stars is the fact that it is quite noisy. The tub is so big, which makes large items easily fit, but small items are difficult to remove without assistance.

Listen i have to say this top load washer is amazing. It doesnt have an agitator so nothing gets twisted and wrapped around the middle. AND i swear you can more in per load.

Very happy with this machine. I have to share that the ease of use and setting options on this machine really take the boring out of this chore. Still getting used to the cycle noises.

I think the washing machine is good but only after having it serviced 15 days after purchase. The clothes were not agitating during the wash cycle. As a results the clothes were just soaking in mildly soapy water - needless to say the clothes weren’t clean. After deciding it didn’t work I called 15 days after buying it. That’s one day past Best Buy’s return policy. The man on the phone told me for free Maytag would fix it and told me I would need to arrange it with them. Then, without any explanation he dumped me onto the phone with Maytag customer service and hung up. I guess that solved his problem. An hour and a half later I was about to schedule a service call (that they don’t guarantee will be free - only if it is covered under warranty) the call was dropped. I managed to schedule easily online and after 1 week wait I had a service technician come out. Fortunately it was covered and the washing machine now washes clothes. 3 stars because I think this washing machine is good but Best Buy left a lot to be desired.

When selecting this Maytag brand model without agitator and with touch pad current technology and glass lid design I presumed that it would have included a digital timer screen and end of cycle chimes!! At $855. Retail! I wish my salesman Nick ( who mentioned that he also works on Geek squad) would have Known, first, And advised me, second!!

First one arrived damaged and I honestly wasn’t going to get this without it being on sale. Outside from the creaky plastic lid this is a quality unit. The cycles are throughout and I don’t have to run an additional spin and drain cycle like I had to do with my previous whirlpool

It’s a great washer but it tends to ball up the sheets if you put two sets in at the same time and then it throws it off balance. I have had to start the cycle over again to fix it.

The Maytag washer is energy efficient.Uses less water than our old washer. The size and width of the washer fit perfectly in our laundry room. The operation directions made it easy to use. Overall pleased with our Best Buy purchase. The washer is very quiet in its operation.

This washer has great capacity and washes my king size comforter much better than the front loader it replaced. A bit louder than the front loader, but I'm willing to deal with it since it sits in a dedicated wash room well away from my living area. I highly recommend this to anyone who is tired of front loaders and their issues.

This washer works well. The only complaint is that my previous Maytag washer had a digital timer that showed how long the cycle would take to finish. This one don't have a timer. I can't plan my washing like I'm accustomed.

I’ve only had this machine for a couple of weeks but it seems to work really well. Bought one with a little larger drum than my previous one and it works great with large items like comforters and a full load of jeans. Easy to operate and is guiet.
