Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the washer I've dreamed of! ❤️ The washer is beautifully designed with easy layout for choosing the cycle needed and self explanatory. It has a pet hair and/or lint filter in the washing machine drum that is helpful and soooooo easy to clean out! It has a "bulky" cycle, towel cycle, white cycle, colors cycle, steam cycle, etc. The choices for water temp, spinning, etc is great. You can customize each load of clothes to suit fabric and color! The washer is a wonderful companion to the MAYTAG dryer that also has the pet hair feature. These are worth the wait for me ❤️

I gave up on trying to get someone to listen. This cost alot of $ to my family and kind of expected to be treated like a customer would have been 10-20 years ago. Guess your policies aren't where i want to put my future business to be placed and i won't be recommending you to my family and friends. Just a very discouraging experience.

HORRIBLE TWO MONTH OLD WASHET THAT DORS NOT WORK

This new one had not worked since the middle of October. Won’t drain, does not get clothes clean. Worst washer I’ve ever purchased.

Posted .We regret the concerns you are having with your Washer. Please check the following:Washer Not Draining Concerns
Drain Pump Filter: Clean the Drain Pump Filter (on applicable models) occasionally, as it may be clogged with dirt, lint, or other items.
Drain Hose Extension: Ensure the drain hose does not extend more than 4.5" (113 mm) into the drainpipe or laundry tub to prevent water from siphoning back into the washer.
Drain Hose Sealing: Do not seal the drain hose into the drainpipe with tape. A secure but loose hose with an air gap is necessary to prevent siphoning.
Drainpipe Height: The top of the drain (standpipe) must be at least 30" (76.2 cm) high (measured from the floor). A lower drain can cause water to drain out of the machine due to gravity and siphoning.
Washer Not Cleaning Concerns (Possible Solutions)
If clothes are not cleaning well, check the following:
Initial Setup: If recently installed, run an empty "Quick Wash" cycle with HE detergent before washing your first load.
Cycle Selection: Use the correct cycle for the load. You can customize spin speed, water temperature, and soil level (depending on the model). Follow the garment's care label. Using warmer water (hot or warm) when safe for fabrics is suggested.
Detergent:
Use HE High-Efficiency detergent. Follow the manufacturer's dosage based on soil level and load size.
Using too much detergent can lead to longer cycles, oversudsing, poor rinsing, and poor cleaning.
Larger detergent pacs should only be used for large or heavily soiled loads.
Maytag recommends Swash® Laundry Detergent.
Load Management:
Avoid overloading the washer. Place items loosely so they can move freely for the best cleaning and to reduce wrinkling/tangling.
Sorting: Dye transfer can occur when mixing colors.
Stain Fighting: Use the Extra Power button (on some models) for an intense pre-wash and extra agitation.
