Got a few weeks ago and after a few days it ask to call service. I had to unplug and reset and it has been working since. It was very upsetting for that to happen so soon with the cost. It washes well though

Wonderful washing machine! It has been able to handle big loads without an issue, top load so no mold in the door, and no agitator results in no clothes getting messed up, while still thoroughly cleaning the clothes.

Absolutely would buy again MAYTAG is the best I’ve had other ones and this is the best washer and best part is that I bought the one without the agitator and so far I’m so happy Great buy great price

Have this washer nearly a month & no problems. It washes our clothes & linens very well & does everything as advertised. Real test is longevity so we’ll get back to you in a few years.

So far, so good. Received washer on time and in good condition. It takes a little getting use to this top loading washer vs. tthe front loader we had before. It washes good and overall satisfied with its performance.

The washer vibrates or shakes when small load is washed. Need to be more stable.

The starting of the washer is difficult as you have to hold the buttons for several seconds twice for each wash. The waiting is annoying and difficult with artritic hands.Do like the quality of the washing of clothes abd other items.

Washer has all the settings I need with spin options too! I had a bit of a learning curve - just need to hold finger gently on button(s) to turn on, and start cycle
