Frankly, I'm doing this early review for the extra Reward Points Best Buy keeps offering, LOL. So far, the washer works fine once it starts. However, the start sequence is a bit hit or miss (or I haven't gotten the hang of it yet). It's a 2-step: power button then a separate start button that you are supposed to hold until the washer starts. Problem is, it doesn't start on the first hold. I have had to push/hold the start button several times before it finally "catches" and starts the washer. The matching dryer has the same "start" sequence, although I have had better luck with it half the time so far. Time will tell if this is a bug or if it just requires acquiring the right touch.

We were told by the salesman that the item had only come into the store a few weeks earlier. However 4 days after we had the product delivered we needed a service tech to come out. The machine wasn't operating correctly. We also learned that the machine had been returned to the store nearly 8 months prior to our purchase. We are now experiencing additional problems with the machine including it not cleaning our clothes. We understand the process to properly use the machine as the service tech took time to demonstrate the proper procedures with us when he came out. We believe that this machine was a prior problem of another consumer who returned it and we were duped into buying it under misleading circumstances.
