I love my washer the only part I probably complain about is if you don’t balance the weight at first then the washer will stop and have you re adjust weight. But it’s also an awesome washer along with my dryer.

Really happy with this selection as it was an upgrade from our old unit. The sales representative was also informative with the product description which made the selection a no brainer.

Less than a year old. Bought extended warranty. Unit is discontinued/ unavailable. Paying $ 700+ to get new unit under warranty. Been almost 60 days and waiting on new unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Have only had this washer for a few weeks but it seems really nice so far. We are a family of 6 and the laundry in our house never ends. The washer is constantly on and keeps things moving. Its quiet and efficient and does everything we need it to do. So far So Good!

2—7-26—Washer/dryer purchased
2-13-26– Delivery schedule date (1 week post purchase).
2-11-26—-Received a phone call confirming 2-13-26 delivery.
2-12-26—-Morning phone call saying there was an “inventory
issue” and delivery put off for another week to 2-19-26.
Have no clue why 2-11-26 phone call was made and IF there was an “inventory issue” 2 days before scheduled delivery.
My issue and rating has to do with delivery scheduling-have NO clue about appliances’ performance.
