My wife and I love this washer. We enjoy not having an agitator which can really damage clothes. I gave it a 4 star because we Felt the screen sound could be of better quality and it would be nice if you had an option to turn the volume down as the touch button tones are awful sounding low quality as well. As for it washing/cleaning clothes 100 percent satisfied. Forgot to mention its also much quieter than our previous Kenmore.

I have only had the washing machine for a week. So far so good! It is quiet compared to my old washing machine. It has done a great job cleaning our clothes. I like the remote start!

Love this washer my everything is cleaner. Rugs, sheets, blankets etc.

It hold a lot of laundry and does not run as long as our old one.

We had just bought this, and quality is really good. for the size of 5.3 CU is exactly what we were looking for.

Fantastic appliance, washes well without hard agitator.

Frustrated because if we try to make any changes to the default cycle settings before starting a cycle it powers off, says there was a power failure them makes is turn it off and on before choosing the options. It usually takes 5 or 6 times of this before starting the cycle. I am very disappointed considering the amount of money I spent! I gave it a 2 instead of 1 since it does seem to wash our clothes well. But definitely a 1 otherwise!

I really love this washing machine especially the huge drum. I can wash big loads and comforters. I also love the fact that I can change the auto settings. I washed my first load of clothes and noticed that they were extra soft and my whites can out brighter than ever.

This washer works very well. My only issue is that you have to double check to make sure that the spin and temperature preference is set for your chosen cycle option each wash. It is not automatic apparently.

Very big and spacious. Washers the clothes well and super quiet compared to my previous GE washer. Pairs well with my Maytag dryer.

A little louder than I expected but it cleans well and fits lots of laundry. So much more that I had to buy a bigger dryer to pair with it.

Just delivered today and the wife put this machine to work immediately. So far, here's my observations: -Fit into a small place well. -The drum is noticeably larger than our previous Samsung...(which was working fine-just updating) -She loved the full filling function that most washers did Not have. -She needed more room in the drum for quilts, and after loading plenty of towels, it was barely full. -So it is gonna handle larger loads easily. -Loved the soap dispensor and loading it. -like being able to see inside when lid is closed -The washer makes a bit more noise when running, but so do I when working. We Wished there was a Washer that fit our wants/needs and we found it. PS- the delivery guys were Great

So far so good. Easy setup. WiFi feature Works great especially since the washer is in the other side of the house .

Absolutely would buy again MAYTAG is the best I’ve had other ones and this is the best washer and best part is that I bought the one without the agitator and so far I’m so happy Great buy great price

This washing machine is the best! The clothes come out perfect and took the stains out from my clothes. Very happy with the purchase

So far, so good. Received washer on time and in good condition. It takes a little getting use to this top loading washer vs. tthe front loader we had before. It washes good and overall satisfied with its performance.

Enough for lots of laundry, I've always used Maytag, without any problems in its operation

Fantastic, fit perfectly in the location. It is quite and smooth

Washer keeps releasing water while not in use. The lid seems to be a problem since day one. Possibly damaged during installation. You have to press hard and hold until the machine will start its cycle. Otherwise it will not start.

Very large capacity and seemingly user friendly, though we had to read the manual for some options. The drawer for the detergent seems a little janky, I’m hoping it does not break.
