It is very big and dries well. Takes some getting use too.

My mom needed to replace a very old clothes dryer. We selected this Maytag based on the recommendation of the Best Buy staff. We love the lint trap on top of the dryer and the door that opens to the side, as they make it much easier to get clothes out of the dryer. Easy to operate and very energy efficient. Love it.

Good gracious! They are requesting a review and just pressed the button on the latest Maytag dryer .. now … chose this “ model” cause it matched the washer .. the operation was simple .. had plenty of settings for various” situations” and you won’t have to be a software engineer , or contact the geek squad every time you use the thing .. only thing had happen was had a size twelve shoe get stuck stopped the motor and had to do a safety reset .. so chose the right one for the job here !

Lots of settings to get your laundry exactly how you want it to. This machine is top of the line and is very quiet compared to previous machines. Time and power efficient.

I would buy this dryer again. It is very quiet and dries the clothes quickly and quietly. It holds quite a bit of laundry and does a great job.

So far, this appliance is replacing a 4 year old GE and is working great. Bought the extended service for 5 years at a reasonable price. I hope it lasts 10 years or more. The salesman was knowledgeable and courteous. Very happy for this purchase!

This machine is great , it does a large load of clothes it's efficient and all the different settings are great it even has a hand wash setting

We really like the dryer ! Didn't really need a new dryer but other one was 12 years old and we got a great bundle deal, so there ya go. The settings are very diverse. Has lots of options for extended tumble, signal, etc. Very good sized capacity. Really only two things I don't care for is the slight slope on top (large laundry basket doesn't sit flush) and the lint collector leaves lint on top of dryer when you pull it out. Yes, I am very picky, so if you aren't, consider this 4 a 5, but nothing is perfect and a 5 would mean so. (yes I am very literal too )

Great dryer but not impressed with the delivery. I tried to call for service but you need the model number. So when you are at work all day it's had to contact them. I will not recommend delivery if you can put it in yourself.

Clothes don’t even shrink using this dryer. Lots of energy saving, easy to operate. I highly recommend it.

Unit is efficient, dries clothes well. Use primarily the Preferred Energy setting on medium heat. Quiet when in operation.

This is a nice large dryer. My only complaint is that I often have to run my clothes through it twice to completely dry them. It holds a lot of clothes, but doesn't always dry them on the first 70 minute run.

Very good dryer for the price. I wasn't looking for anything fancy, just a large dryer that worked well. Overall I am happy with it,was very happy to finally get a lint trap on top instead of inside the door., its energy efficient and does the job. Has a nice long wrinkle guard setting (120 min). The only thing I hate is the fact that I have to purchase the vent hose and plug separately. I find that ridiculous, its something that should be included since you have to have them for it to work.

Walking around shopping for home electronics is always never fun, because you see those high tech cool ones and then you see the simple old school ones, and your first reaction is cool!!! I’m so going to use that 20 inch monitor on my dryer while doing laundry, I chose the simple route instead, I just chose a nice simple dryer to make sure it does it’s job, one of the reason I love this one is it has a sanitize setting for cleaning simple kids toys and stuffies that should not be washed. So if your looking for a simple dryer make this your first choice, if you need all the bells and whistles of having a screen on your dryer/home appliance then this dryer is not for you.

This dryer drys fast, it is easy to use and is more quiet than most I have used.

There is nothing fancy about this dryer. It has the basic options that are needed to get the job done and it does a really good job.

We've had this dryer for almost a month and have tried using every feature it offers. The auto sensing dry feature works perfect. We put wool sweaters in it and set it to leave them a little damp so they could be taken out and blocked. It accomplished this perfectly. We use different temp settings and it performs perfect. This is an excellent dryer and worth considering. Pros Lots of Features, Easy to Use, Sturdy
