Dryer is efficient and quiet. Much faster than the initial timer says when you press start. Once it senses the amount of clothes to dry and the dampness, the cycle time adjusts, does the job! Installation team was professional, called to say they would be early, and completed the job efficiently. They removed my old dryer, gave me time to clean the floor, and took away all packaging from the new dryer, hooked up the gas with new connectors and showed me how to operate the machine. They confirmed the machine worked properly and instructed me to have it complete a cycle (empty). Everything was completed in approximately a half hour. They left a very happy customer.

When the new Maytag arrived we were very disappointed. It took at least 3 cycles to dry a load of light colored clothes. We spent over $1000.00 for a dryer that does not dry clothing. We then returned the Maytag and purchased a Speed Queen. The delivery person told us that it’s the new normal for a dryer to take 3 cycles to dry clothes because the are energy efficiency.
