The biggest downfault is the time of the cycles. Especially the quick cycle. How is 40 minutes with softener a fast cycle. Still happy with the washer, and like my top loader, doesnt smell at all ...

Got this as an openbox item at half the price and was told it was returned because the previous owner said it was too big when they tried to get it installed.

Now, It’s working fine and gets the job done fast. Just remember to ask the sales people about potentially extra cost before you dive in and purchase.

I have had too many problems to list in this space. Suffice to say it has been replaced 3 times and I am so insecure I just spent extra $180 to have warrantee protection. I know they don't make them like they used to but still????? I will say when working is good dryer.

The one issue I've had and is the clothes that still have wrinkles. Even when I spray with wrinkle releaser and their back in.
