This replaced a 45 year old Maytag that was still working. It is much quieter and does indeed dry the clothes faster and fewer wrinkles.

Needed a good basic dryer. This drys well, settings are easy to use and the machine is quite. Quite happy with my purchase

I'm not too impressed with the lint trap as it leaves lint on the top of the dryer when I clean it. The door is also not the best quality. I have to close it harder than I should have to. I do like the wrinkle free feature.

I'm happy with this dryer after first month; it is basic and easy to use, does the job as expected and was priced reasonably. No complaints, would buy again.

Love it. For the very basic function of drying laundry, you don't need to pay for any extra fancy. Simple design and operation which I hope will help lasting for long time. The inside the drum is very specious and bright when you open the door, so you won't miss anything to take it out. Don't over dry clothing to be too hot to touch, it cools and fluffed up at the end of the cycle. Hardly need to re-run it to dry to the perfection, Happy with this pick.

After attempting to fix my 8 year old LG gas dryer, I started looking for a replacement and reading reviews. I wasn't interested in a dryer with an electronic user interface like the LG dryer. I wanted a simple, reliable and functional dryer. This electric Maytag dryer provides just that. I find this dryer be quieter than the LG dryer and seems to functions just as well or better. I am satisfied with this dryer and the pricing was right during the Christmas holiday sale.

Easy to use, quiet, and efficient. Large drum which dries very large loads well. A number of cycle choices that are easy to select and give you choices dependent the type of load you need to dry. Very happy with my decision. I thought it was fairly priced for the style and design. Was particularly happy with Best Buy’s quick delivery and installation service and the fact that they removed my old dryer.

This new dryer's settings are so easy to use, but so much better than our last one (which was about 15 years old). The ability to have it sense when the load is try and then turn itself off is so nice! The door opening is also bigger than our last dryer, so it's not such a struggle to get bulkier items (towels or sheets) loaded. We're glad we bought it on sale because the required additional parts we had to buy in order to have it installed (which we already had and were in good condition) made up for the sale price. Maybe BestBuy could offer a liability waiver instead?

Gets the job done, just wish it had a way to turn down the end of cycle signal. Startles me every time it goes off. I know I can turn it off but would not know when it was done if I did. Guess I will just have to get used to it. Large capacity. Basic cycles to dry clothes.

Runs well and drys loads the same consistently. Great capacity for our family. Probably not quietest but I would certainly not say it’s loud or obtrusive to listen to. In the realm of dryer noise it’s probably on the average to slightly quieter side . Overall leaps and bounds over what we had. We also have the matching washer which we love as well. Both purchased and installed by Best Buy with haul away of old machines.

A beautiful addition to our laundry room. Easy to program and use dries large loads quietly and completely.

It is quiet. It works great - no burning. It is large enough to handle bed sheets and blankets. Great price. Love it.

I just purchased this dryer but the quality seems to be great. I did research on other dryers but this Maytag one comes highly recommended, The salesperson told Maytag is made from Whirlpool and is made with the most solid materials as it is their top of the line brand. I have used it nonstop since purchasing and it works well. Only thing Is to always put on high heat. Also, wow stated that the drum is loud but it’s not any louder than the G.E. Dryer I had before. I decided this brand because most people stated that they lasted longer.

Very large capacity dryer. Does a great job drying on the senser setting. Very quiet.

I really like my dryer especially the wrinkle control which really works. It dries my clothes really fast! The only problem I’ve had is when it wouldn’t dry my clothes which has happened twice out of two years. I don’t know why but I’m assuming or hoping it was because the load was too heavy. Either way it’s still a good dryer.

I shopped around for quite a while looking for a particular size dryer and this one was it! The dimensions are perfect for the smaller space I have in my laundry room. So far, I'm really enjoying this dryer, it's quiet and has plenty of settings for every situation!

Good capacity for blankets and comforters. The one drawback is that the dryer door needed to be reversed and it now makes a loud sound when opening and closing it is harder to open and close

for a small price you get more than you need. Easy to operate and easy auto install. Even changed which way door opened. Very well made item without all all the bells and whistles of an expensive model. Does what you need and easy to operate. Good job drying, which is what you want.

Dries clothes quickly and runs very quietly. Can easily handle 5-6 towels at a time.
