Great dryer! Our old dryer was a Samsung, and after about a year it began to rattle like crazy. Something inside the back panel came loose and cause a ruckus! The Maytag dryer however is larger in capacity and so much quieter you can't even tell it turned on. This is a great choice for anyone wanting quality products.

This dryer is much larger than our previous dryer and holds more clothes and has many more options. Love wrinkle control

We got this dryer as an open box deal plus 20% off and another $50 off because we took it that day. Out the door for $430+tax and we love it. First off, it's a huge dryer and can handle a huge amount of wet clothes. It does an excellent job. Our other Maytag washer and dryer lasted almost 30 years.

Big, multiple settings, anti wrinkle option for forgetful people, just wish the matching dryer was as good of a washer as this is a dryer.

This dryer has everything you could possibly need in a dryer. It will gently dry the most delicate items and power dry the biggest like bed comforters. The link trap is inside the dryer when you open the door and is very easy to remove and clean instead of being of top that you have to pull out and it 6 feet long. I tend to stack my clothes on dryer, so not needing to move them to empty the lint trap is awesome. It will dry a huge amount of clothes is a short period of time and has a wrinkle free option that will run for up to 2 hours. Its very quiet when it runs and even has excellent lighting inside when you open door. With the dry sensor, it won't end the job until the clothes are actually dry. All of this plus a Maytag 10 year warranty.

Finally, I can dry a king sized quilt! I have tried out most of the drying cycles and I really like the Power dry cycle. The dryer runs quietly and is very roomy.

love the product wife is happy about the size of the dryer. now we will have to get the xl version for the washer. Easy to use. only issues we had was it did not come with the electrical cord had to install one our self, which is easy.

After Hurricane Harvey, we had to replace everything in our house. Because we needed so many things, I first bought a bottom of the line cheap Amana dryer but never opened it because it took almost a year for the house to be habitable. Because of size, we ended up deciding on this Maytag/Whirlpool dryer and the matching washer. Best Buy is amazing. If you haven't opened the box, they let you upgrade (even though it had been over 6 months). Because our area lost so many homes/appliances, there was a wait on deliveries. The dryer was the 1st appliance to arrive. The washer didn't arrive for several more weeks. Of course, we had no need for the dryer without a washer. Once we used it, right away I had difficulties finding a setting that didn't "sense" dry spots in the sheets/towels and then turn off, thinking everything was dry. VERY annoying to find half-dry garments. After a couple of weeks, I happened to bend over and look inside to reach for something (it's VERY deep). I found paint chipping away from the drum. I called Best Buy, they ordered a new drum (no questions asked, just immediately took care of the problem). It arrived with a dent. They ordered a 2nd drum. It came crushed. At this point, they offered to junk the dryer because they kept having to pay for this part. If they gave me a new dryer, it would satisfy my extended warranty and I would have to buy another warranty. They suggested contacting the manufacturer because this was a new dryer and under manufacturer's warranty. They agreed to order a 3rd drum, but it was slightly oval and scraped against the sides when it rotated. According to Best Buy, the problem in ordering this part is due to the packaging. Nowhere does it say Do Not Stack on the box, so it arrives squashed. Stupid Maytag/Whirlpool (it is the same company now). At this point, Geek squad said use the manufacturer's warranty so I didn't lose my extended warranty by getting a new dryer. I called Maytag/Whirlpool and was told they'd be happy to send some paint. WHAT!? I explained that it appeared as if the paint would continue to chip and eventually rust the drum (verified by the Best Buy Geek repairman, who said this was definitely a manufacturer defect). Maytag/Whirlpool scheduled their representative but said that paint chipping off the drum could be considered "cosmetic" and would require that I pay $96 for the service investigation visit. Apparently, Maytag/Whirlpool does not stand behind their warranty at all. BTW- the GEEK squad service guy said I should have kept the new Amana dryer, which is what I had for decades before the hurricane. I am done with Maytag/Whirlpool.

Love my new dryer! It can dry my whole bed spread and the laundry mat is a place in the past!

Love the size and the variety of selections available as well as the ability to handle larger items like queen and larger comforters since I live in an area with no other laundry facilities available. Would definitely recommend.

I have 7 people living in my home & I have been amazed at the quality of my new Maytag dryer. It holds the equivalent of 2 loads in my old dryer & every piece comes out beautifully. I especially enjoy the pleasant chime & wrinkle guard features.

Plenty of space to dry just about aanything in half the time of my old standard dryer

Dryer is very quiet and has a ton of space. Separate setting for bedding is nice. Very efficient and/or quick depending on settings and load. Hope it lasts a while. Got Geek Squad protection for 5 years since its a pricey model.

We're happy with our Maytag dryer. We've had it a month now. It holds a lot and the lent filter is easy to clean. My only complaint is that on the high heat settings, my clothes still seem damp after an hour of drying. I usually have to give it an extra 20 minutes. I highly recommend checking your loads after they finish to make sure they are dry enough, at least until you find the right combination of settings that works for your loads. I had a batch of towels that stayed damp overnight after using the high heat setting. I almost had to re-wash them! Overall, I do recommend this machine.

I absolutely love this dryer! It dries faster than the washer can wash! I love not having to wait for the dryer to be done. The controls are easy to use and very user friendly! Capacity is amazing! Plenty of room for my king size comforter!

Commercial grade! Wish I had this when my boys were playing sports!
