This dryer is a step up from the one it replaced. The updated technology as well as the larger capacity make this an ideal choice for any size family. It has more drying options which means my clothes are done sooner. When paired with the 5.3 cu ft Maytag washer, this is a combination that can't be beat. Other units may have a few more bells and whistles, but this unit does everything that's needed for family laundry.

The sleek new look and easy to use technology are what drew me to this. The tube is very large and the clothes come out nice and clean.

I bought this dryer to accompany the Maytag Commercial Series Washer. I have had them for a few weeks and I absolutely love them! They are huge and can fit so many clothes in one load! It's a huge time saver for me. I gave it 3 stars instead of 4 because my only issue with it is that most of the time my clothes are not dry when the dryer stops and I have to restart it for a little while to completely dry them. The dryer has a sensor which is supposed to detect when the clothes are dry, but I guess the technology hasn't been perfected yet. This is only a minor inconvenience to me, and otherwise this dryer works great!

Our Maytag Neptune dryer broke and they couldn't get the part (it was 17 years old), so we purchased this model. Very large capacity! It's extremely deep. Has enough settings to accommodate the variety of clothes/items I'll use it for, but there were models with more. Easy to use right out of the box, though I don't think I'm taking advantage of everything it has to offer. I'm waiting for our washing machine to die to I can get the matching washer. I'm very happy with this product.

Works great and challenges you to clean lint filter with each use. This is a replacement for a 3 year old Whirlpool and a 2 year old Samsung before that. We had great long lasting results with Maytag in the past and have returned to the brand,

Great dryer, large and easy to use. The only negative is that the vent tube is long and needs to be pulled away from the wall more then I would like.

This dryer efficiently and effectively dries super sized loads, but BEWARE of the outside depth measurement. Make sure it will fit before you buy it!

We love our new dryer because it it so easy to use and its huge! The lint trap works great and it super easy to clean.

Ok,I have only had this dryer a few weeks, but so far it is AMAZING !!! I have a large family, so I was looking for a bigger than standard dryer to cut down on the overloading that I catch them doing constantly, and this is perfect. Plus it has some great features, even one for bedding and pillows !! The sales staff was great, suzanna in appliances, helped us and she was so friendly and knowledgable without being pushy. I will ask for her for all my future purchases.

This dryer works great, isn’t very loud. The only gripe I have is with the start button. Doesn’t always register when you press it.

Big drum. Can dry all bedding including comforters. Don't have to go to the laundry mat any more just to clean blankets

I hate having to buy a new dryer but there is nothing like a brand new appliance being brand new, clean and fresh. The only problem I ran into is I set up the dryer and kept the glass door sealed shut as shipped, so the door would not pop open on me during installation. When I opened the door and got the installation instructions and operation manual, I found the 4 legs that should have been installed first so ……… repeat process and harder after connecting the vent which I hate doing and stubbornly refused to do again. Required help for fear of breaking glass door.

Really like this dryer. Large capacity and quick drying. Several settings for different fabrics. Looks good.

I purchased this dryer along with the matching washer for Black Friday. Due to the completion of my new home in March 2020 during the COVID chronicles, I had to haul this upstairs along with my washer and install them myself. Installation was easy and I purchased all the necessary installation hardware needed. The dryer has multiple customizable settings to custom tailor your laundry needs. It works great and it’s energy efficient.

I LOVE this dryer! So glad I was able to find it on Best Buy website. It's a bit pricey, but it's huge and can dry large pieces with ease.

I have only had my washer for a week but I really like it so far! Lots of room, water saver and much quieter than my old May tag.

After researching dryers on line for a few days, we had initially gone to Best Buy for a different Maytag dryer. But after we got there, we were shown a dryer that was on the floor/out of the box special. It was initially more expensive than the one we had decided on earlier. but, with the options and the price being right for our needs, we bought this one. The bells and whistles, (actually, there are chimes!) are easily learned. Its a great dryer and I hope this Maytag lasts us 40 + years like our old one did.

Dries clothes relatively fast and handles large loads with ease. They are never damp and not wrinkled. Excellent dryer!
