You can fit a lot of clothes in this dryer and they come out dry every time. A bunch of convenient settings and easy to use.

The large capacity is great for sheets and comforters orv really large loads. Every time the clothes come out nice and dry. I also really like the lint trap which has double the lint capacity! We've never had it full but it is still a nice design.

We purchased a new home and needed a washer, as it was the lone appliance that was not left in the home we purchased. We purchased this Whirlpool and it has been absolutely perfect. Extremely easy to use, doesn't make a mess. The touch instrument panel is very responsive and easy to use. The different cycles and customization options in every load make this the perfect washer for someone who doesn't want to put much more thought into washing their clothes then hitting the start button.

Love the size and easy of use. It actually get clothes dry the first time and has all the options any really needs.

This dryer is so good that I purchased the washer to match with the dryer. I've always liked washing clothes since a kid, but having this dryer made me want to get the matching washing machine because the dryer drys clothes fast and effectively. Energy bill went down which is a plus. I've had it for almost 2 years and it still runs like I just got it. Very simple and gets the job done.

We have only had the dryer for about a month but so far we are happy. I love the large capacity and the way the controls are not so over done as to make it difficult to use. It's much larger than our old one, but that is because it has about 25% more capacity. Flipping the door to open on the other side was way more difficult than the old one. It is way more than just changing the side the hinges are on, so much has to be removed.

I was never sold on the American brand machines, until my very expensive Samsung machine kept breaking down. It kept breaking down over and over and over again and again. It was very frustrating to set service appointments to fix. I did a ton of research and found these Whirlpool brand family Maytag machines to be fantastic. They are so quiet, beautifully designed and I never have any issues. I’m sold!

I was so excited for this dryer which was replacing a smaller GE that I had only had for 3 years but it needed a repair and I decided to get it replaced with a new and bigger one. We opted for this Maytag one. The first one we received and got installed by Best Buy was defective. It went back the same day it was installed. It made a really loud noise. The second dryer we received was exchanged a couple days after it was installed. The dryer door is kind of hard to open. You really need some strength to pull it and it makes a really loud noise when the latch detaches, which is a major disadvantage. Our very first time using this second dryer the latch broke completely. Best Buy then said they would immediately replace it for a third time. The installer that picked it up and replaced it said it is a very common problem with that particular model. So not good. It’s been about a week that We’ve had this third one. So far, it works great. I’d say the major bad thing is again, the loudness it makes when you open the door and the fact that it doesn’t open softly. You need some strength. And that’s nothing I’ve ever dealt with in the past with previous dryers. I was very excited with this new Maytag purchase but due to this experience, I’m wondering if I should’ve gone with another brand like LG. Next time.

Very large, well-working dryer. Lotta options to choose from. All the options probably not necessary; I won't be utilizing the full potential of this dryer. The energy saver option takes a significant long time to dry so sometimes I don't select it for a quicker drying time (50 vs 20 minutes). Does blow a lot of air out the vent so gotta make sure the vent tubing is cleaned out all the way outside the home or else will show error display.
