I love my new rerfrigerator!!!. The filtered ice and water taste great, I will no longer by bottled water. The lighting is soo bright it makes it easy to see everything in the fridge. The bottom deli tray is great. I use it for long dishes as well as left over take out trays. The beverage center make drinks very cold. It can hod gallons sized containers. If you use the coldest option on the beverage center you may end up with small ice chips in your drinks. The center is great for chilling drinks before a meal. On the inside left door are 6 slots made into the door for can pop. The second shelf on the right side can be moved up or down by turning a handle to make room for hams or larger items.

Love this fridge- it is gorgeous and looks fantastic in my kitchen. If they had a ultra steel in this fridge it was be past perfect!! I have no problems but bought extended warranty just in case. Our last fridge was 4 yrs old before it tore up and we just decided to get this one instead of getting it fixed- so glad we did!

The refrigerator looks great ,has enough room or space for a family of 4,but the ice maker can not keep up with even 2 of us. We always run out of ice. I tried adjusting the temperature to freeze it but all that does is make the freezer on the bottom even more frozen. Very disappointed with the ice maker. I ordered and had to wait over a month to finally get it in April 2008 only to be disappointed with the ice maker.

Worst service, poor quality for high price

Nice looking fridge, top of the line. Failed 1 month after 1 year warranty cost $452 to repair & had to wait 7 days to get a repairman. Was told that this is a common failure & that they would cover under warranty. Repairman said not so. Called warranty, went thru several prompts, on hold for 20 minutes until they disconnected my call. Called back with same result. Horrible service. Horrible result for a $2200 refridgerator that is 13 months old. Steer clear of this product.

Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service

The water/cube dispenser began rusting around its frame within a few years. It continued to spread from the inside out over the next few years like a disease. Their customer service is called, believe it or not, THE CUSTOMER LOYALTY TEAM and they were totally useless. Told me it's normal for a high end appliance to rust from the inside of the door even though it was kept in an air conditioned kitchen the entire time and only rusted around the frame of the ice cube/water dispenser. I have a lower model in my garage for a much longer time and no rust. Each time the Customer Loyalty Team writes me they refer to the refrigerator differently. Different type of appliances and different manufacturer names they must own. So my Customer Loyalty Rep. has written to me about my range, washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator made by Kitchen Aid, Whirlpool and Maytag. They have told me that rust is normal, as mentioned above, and they have told me that they rejected my repair bill anytime they refer to it as a refrigerator (even though I haven't had it fixed; I intend to get rid of it) and they have agreed to repair it if it was another type of appliance or another brand. They even have given me the repair company names and phone numbers. Most recently they offered to give me a 10% discount to BUY a $2500 model (up to $250.00 savings) rather than pay to repair it. So I have to pay over $2250 to replace or repair a rusted refrigerator door rather than fix an appliance that otherwise works. Why not buy a $2,000 model from another manufacturer's CUSTOMER LOYALTY TEAM and save $250 and RUST. This type of LOYALTY is just a bad joke.

So far it has been great. Really like the beverage cooler and very roomy shelves. The freezer holds so much more that our previous side by side. The unit seems very solid and much better built than our old one.
