I'll try to keep this short. I'm 67 and have always been very good at figuring out high tech electronics. I tweaked it to get the best picture I could, but the problem I have is with the volume at 100 on the TV, it's very hard to hear, then when a commercial comes on it blasts you out of your seat (Loud). I went to Samsung's support site and followed all of their recommendations and it's not made a difference. I do have a 3000.00 surround system, so I can alternate but with that kind of power if it's turned down it kind of defeats the purpose of having an expensive sound system. Seems like the manual could go into more detail on settings but that's left for me to hunt down on Samsung's web site. Overall though, I'm very happy with my purchase.

This setup on this TV was so simple. It leads you through everything from the moment you turn it on. The picture quality is absolutely stunning!!! Totally worth the price and would absolutely purchase it again in a heartbeat. Every TV I own is is now a Samsung and I have not had an issue with any of them. One of them is 6 years old and still just as beautiful picture as when the day I bought it.

I bought and had set up LG C9 55 inch in my den. Great picture but not so good sound. I had to supplement with a Sonos Beam to get a richer sound. I'm a bit worried about burn in. The Geek Squad who installed it stressed that this was not a TV for watching news or sports, which is pretty much what we use it for. Something that the team at Best buy never mentioned when I was buying. Still I'm happy with the purchase and the service from Best Buy.

My 65” Samsung Smart TV works great and the purchase at Best Buy was pretty smooth. The TV was easy to setup and literally took me 45 minutes from box to stand and full configuration with other devices. The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

I went looking for a small bedroom tv and could not find picture quality equivalent to our larger plasma. Then I saw the OLEDs and was happy to learn the prices have come down significantly. The realistic LG OLED picture is very close to what we are accustomed to.

This is my 4th Sony TV I have purchased from Magnolia and I have to say they get better and better. The TV is perfect for the spot I needed it. Best Buy always takes care of me and this time was no different! Paired this with B&W speakers and it’s perfect for the family room

Shopped everywhere around for the largest TV with the best quality and price. Sales person really knew his merchandise. He gave me his honest opinion being an avid TV consumer. I do believe I got the absolute best deal after shopping around several stores at Best Buy

This TV is amazing. The picture is beautiful, and the blacks are extremely deep. NOTE: be sure to turn off power saving mode. Leaving it on tends to dull/darken the image. The remote control is a great surprise, it is basically a Wii controller, and intuitive.

I am very happy with the experience I received by Cliff in the Magnolia department! I had an idea of what I wanted to buy but Cliff's expertise guided me into the right direction. I am very pleased with the entire experience from purchase to install!

Our TV, DVD player, and TV mount are all good quality products. We had The Geek Squad perform the installation. The techs were friendly, professional, and did a terrific job with installation. They were clean and respectful when in our home. I reviewing all products and service since there is not much information on this survey as to the product I'm suposed to be reviewing.

I had bought jay bird headphones previously and had issues with them twice. I exchanged them for the beats and i should have gone with these to begin with. They are securely in my ears and the sound quality is great!

We were looking for a large TV for our family room. This one was perfect. The associate at Best Buy was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he pointed us to the right TV for our needs.

The refrigerator has all the features I want. The range has two separate ovens; one for small size baking, one for large size baking. The beverage cooler has good size to keep the drinks cool.

Wire fit perfectly. Good pricing for all that silver. It’s better to upgrade the HDMI cord to the best so it can be future proof with out pulling everything apart again if inside the wall.

Just what we needed. My daughter was looking for a high refresh rate TV so she could stream TV and videos plus gaming. The rep showed us just what we needed for a great price too.

I purchased a 65” Sony Smart tv and sound bar. The picture is clear and sound is crisp. My wife and I watch a movie every night and it feels like we’re in a movie theatre.
