product packaging was damaged pretty severely,but robust these are .. yes dual phase although manual states only 220 V Better be or know electrician if not familiar.. Unit doesn't come with pigtail.. use one that came with your welder kinda thing.. stupid 2 do imo, but can work on 110 supposedly.. however, 40 plus amp draw needs 6 awg on 50 amp breaker.! WoW
