The video quality is great. The remote zooms in up to 5X. The construction is a little flimsy for the price.

I bought this for the conference room at work. The camera itself works very well and the integral microphones are good but you may need to adjust volume level as they have a noise gate and if your voice isn't loud enough it will just cut off the audio signal. So my troubles with this begin and end with my coworkers who would grab the remote and just start pushing buttons like children. That's where we began to have problems with the mics being too quiet and the camera being turned off or upside down in video conferences. So now the remote control stays in my desk and coworkers must be first trained and swear an oath to use it. I would strongly advise that you first mount this cam and then position it where you want it for best viewing and keep the remote locked away so it won't get lost and you won't have to be the office camera repairman when dozens of your well wishing office dwellers who won't bother reading how to operate the remote decides to finger the f buttons like a kid at the video arcade.

It’s just ok for my needs. The video quality is fine. The 4x zoom is not that impressive and it “sticks” when you zoom in all the way and will not zoom back out without pressing the home button on the remote control. All of that is something that I can live with considering the price of this unit compared to alternatives. Using the camera in low light is practically impossible. It does not adjust to the darkness of the room.

I needed a camera for a training in a large space. This camera worked better than the webcam I had. The zoom with the remote worked well. Clear video over web meeting. Great price for the features it has.

It doesn’t automatically adjust to shadow darkness and sunlight. You have to manually adjust the resolution and brightness. I am a bit disappointed.

I really like this camera. The picture and audio quality are great and the control features with the remote are really handy. Set up was pretty simple too.

ok camera as long as you have a lot of lighing around it, very dissapointed that for a camera that costs so much the quality of the image is definitely not 4k. the remote doesnt have a long reach for you to zoom in our out. not a fan especially for the cost.

If I could give it zero, I would. Purchased two and neither remote worked. Such a let down.
