Used it one time to make a pot roast, followed the instructions to let Dutch oven cool completely before washing, I let it dry overnight and when I went to use it the next day to sauté onions for a soup I noticed there was a chip in the interior that wasn’t there until I was mid way cooking the onions and I saw a tiny piece in my onions. It worked well with my pot roast the night before so I honestly don’t know what happened. *Pictures were taken after I washed it after the onions *
