This is a good game. It's not great but it's fun, classic Mega Man. The new gear system is a pretty cool addition that brings a different dynamic to the levels. It doesn't break the game and feels like it fits right in. The bosses are well designed and the levels are fun. It's challenging just like the old Mega Man games but it has difficulty settings. It is a shorter game though but it has good replayability if you're interested in doing the challenges or trying again at a higher difficulty.

This game has all the hallmarks of the classic Mega Man series with new additions that make the gameplay even better. The graphics are improved and the game looks amazing. The double gear system is so fun to use you'll want to power up just to make the most of it. The challenge is real. This is no walk through the park, so bring your "A" game.

The game was quite challenging like other Mega Man games. The graphics are excellent and the new updates with the slowdown and power ups add a new twist to the usual Mega Man gameplay. I liked the upgrade system in the game to help make the levels easier, especially with ones with a lot of spikes.

If you love Mega Man and enjoy the old style side scrollers but desire a less pixelated and more updated graphically beauty of a game, look no further! This game is it. Still challenging as heck like the old days. Got to find those patterns in certain weapons against certain enemy elements to prevail.

This entry retains a good amount of its old school difficulty meshed with fun, original level designs and a new mechanic in the Double-Gear system that is refreshing and fun. The art is beautiful and the game is very responsive. The most fun old school Mega-Man game I have played in a long time.

Brought back good memories from my childhood. I enjoyed it but once you’re done it’s pretty much over for mega man lol. My kids play it and to me it seems they got the same Enjoyment from the game like I did when I was that

I played the demo on PC and played this on Switch, I know the usual concern is how different or what had to be sacrificed but from what I can tell the game is very similar. It runs perfectly well, the resolution is good, loading times are a bit longer than PC but that's common. The game looks a BIT rougher, there's no antialiasing so it's a big jaggy. Honestly you'd notice that a bit on the big screen but the visuals are perfectly fine. The game over all? It's Megaman, but refined. I think the music is a bit weak but not bad. The improvements are welcomed, being able to pick a power with the analog stick makes for faster selections of what you need. Encouraging you to use more powers since you're not having to cycle through all of them to get that one power you want. It boils down to this, do ya want portable Mega Man? This is your option and there's nothing wrong with it. Solid game that's worth having. Bravo capcom. . . . also, this game on normal is hard!

Great game difficult levels and bosses. I really enjoy the new graphics that they gave mega man 11. One downside to this game on the Nintendo switch is that the right thumb stick gets in the way a little but with the pro controller I didn't have any issues. Overall this is a great game

Megaman 11 an Accessible Megaman Game

Megaman is one of those games I always get pulled towards even though I'm not so hot at these games. I'm more of a turn-base JRPG gamer, but Megaman is so charming. Megaman 8 is one of the first games I beat as a kid and it is the only Megaman game I have ever beat besides Megaman Legends --which is a bit more up my alley. Megaman 11 offers all the difficulty that hardcore fans will appreciate or any new fans looking for an oldschool game with a high difficulty. This game is not as hard as previous games and that is partly to the quality of life aspects this version has, but you can certainly play it at it's hardest input. In turn it is a very accessible Megaman game. If you have kids or if you are wanting to get into this series, this could be a place to start.

Mega Man 11 has the same formula as the other games, which has been sorely missed. 2d side scrolling Mega Man at it's best. The graphics are simply breathtaking. Mega Man for the new millennium. This game is definitely challenging too. It's a must own on the Switch.

Finally, a fresh new Mega Man game. It plays just like the originals, but has a brand new graphic style instead of trying to be exactly like the old NES games. Music is fun, and the difficulty provides an exciting challenge. A must have for fans of retro games.

So this is the first Megaman (Rockman) without creator Kenji Inafune, Overall it is Megaman we always played and looks fun to me, game play seems easier than previous ver. but definitely gameplay of Megaman are there and it is promising game play. Much better than "mighty No 9." Inafune directed so I will keep buying these series without him!.

This is a return to the classic NES Mega Man style but with new shiny stylized graphics and Time slow/power of mechanics. A true successor to what made mega man great. Tough platforming and challenging levels. Many mega man fans are very satisfied.

Excellent new Mega Man game for those Mega Man enthusiasts. I personally am a fan of X, but this has my liking in terms of graphics, game play, story line, and difficulty. Haven't played a Mega Man game like this since Mega Man X4.

I've been playing mega man games since I bought 2&3 from Funcoland in the early 90's. I have the two collections on Gamecube and a few of the games on Nintendo portables. But this game is the first real release on the Switch from Capcom. The two compilations on Switch are cop-outs, since you have to download half of them unlike PS4/XB1. This, much like the Zero/ZX collection, has the ENTIRE game on the card. Now onto the game. The art is beautiful, the gameplay is smooth and the design is nostalgic. But dear lord, this game is hard. I had the game for almost a month before I was finally able to beat the first boss (I followed the recommended order and started with Block Man). I got a feeling its going to be a LOOOOONG time before i beat this game.
