I waited to write my review until after its first use. After taking it out of the box i discovered a small dent :( nesr the handle. Not a huge concern but was disappointed. It cooked my 23 pound turkey fast and honestly i probably could have cooked it less time. I started checking temp after 2.5 hours and it was already over but put it on keep warm and turned out fantastic. One less star because even after washimg 3 times it still now has stains, after ONE use. Again not a big deal but i feel if you maybe spent a bit more on a nicer one you may have better luck. For the price i think it does the job. The rack is flimsy but i was able to pick the bird up out of the cooker. I would probably not recommend but i dont hate it either.

This roaster held a bigger turkey than my old one and the domed cover made it even better. Even with the turkey in there was still plenty of space for extra parts to be added. This baby will get a lot of use on Thanksgiving and maybe Christmas for as long as it lasts.
