The most fun I have had working out!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this DVD! I am the kind of person who gets bored easily with workouts, but this one makes me feel like I have really accomplished something and it is fun along the way. The 10 - 15 minute increments make this go by a lot quicker and motives you to do more and push yourself. I would definitely buy another Mel B DVD if they were to put one out.
