    After some really stripped down production albums, Neil has released an album of songs that are reminiscent of some of his 90s-era releases. HIs voice is slipping a little bit, but for his fans, this is a solid release. A bonus is the inclusion of guitar chords in the liner notes. I've never seen that done before.

    There was only 1 song that I would listen to again. He doesn't have the melodic voice any longer.

    Neil is aging well but in some cases is running short of catchy lyrical phrasing -- some borders on cheesy. That being said, he's reliable enough to give you about 85-90% of listenable material, which in most cases justifies the cost of the CD. Kudos to him for being as productive as he is on an ongoing basis and for not letting age slow him down.
