This seems like a got deal: a 10 pack for this price seems good. The quality of the media is lower. We use this for expandable storage. We do not store business critical data on this stuff.

A few of the DVDs did not finish recording on my pc but I believe the issue is with my pc. I have not tried it with an alternative pc.

They work but I prefer a different brand. When I burn movies on it they sometimes skip.

Printable DVD's are great but...

The printable DVD's are a fantastic product, in theory. In practice however, they can be very costly to use to their fullest potential. I have an Epson 260R inkjet printer that has the CD/DVD printing interface. This allows me to print out my own labels on the printable DVD's.
Here's where the kicker starts to set in. The DVD's are already more expensive since they're printable. But then the inkjet uses up it's cartridges like a jet airplane, giving a max yield of 70 DVD's. With ink replacement costing $90 and the DVD's at almost a buck a piece, you're looking at an expensive way to label your DVD's.
But, even though it's costly, the results are dramatic enough to compensate for the irritation of paying $2 to print your own CD/DVD.
One last thing, be prepared to loose 10-15% of the DVD's to disk errors. If you have a project that will need 20 finished disks, you'll need 24 on hand. I don't know if its a manufacturing thing or what, but it happens frequently.
PS: Never print your DVD Surface prior to burning-if a burning error occurs, you waste the ink too!
