I'm fairly satisfied with it's overall function and features. The music, radio, photo, and video players are easy to handle because you use windows media player, which most people are familiar with and is a standard feature in most computers. The biggest complain I have so far is the audiobook function. I'm sort of an audiobook fanatic and I found I cannot transfer directly to the audiobook function in the player. You have to create an account with audible.com and purchase/download their books. I have several books on CD and audiobook files previously purchased from other sources that can only be added to the music feature. If you are not interested in audiobooks, this is a good device.

This thing works great, I haven't had any issues with the power button like other reviewers. The battery life really is 55 hours plus. My only complaint is if you touch the screen by accident you can change the song if you touch it in the right place.

I got this last year, at first, I was skeptical about it. It turned out to be a great product until the screen got shattered. It is very durable; I am always on the go and it is always being banged around. I think the features could have been better, but they were overall pretty good. The only thing I dislike about this player was its constant freezing and having to be reset! Overall a good product, would defiantly recommend it.

I saw some old reviews before I got this one. I was told it may lock up and not turn on or off. It did freeze the first time I put music on it. The handy little reset button that my girlfriend found solved the problem. For the price and the fact that it has the micro SD slot has made it so easy to use that even if I have to reset from time to time. I can live with that. Have not had any issues since the one time it froze. I hate that you can not purchase a service plan but for the price it does what I want it to.

I bought this online and was thrilled with it for the first week. It was easy to use and sounded great. Unfortunately exactly one week from recieving it, it decided to not come on anymore. after adding a playlist the screen as usual said safe to disconnect but when i did the screen didnt come on. Disappointed because now i have to drive 30 miles to return it to a store or just recieve online credit.

I bought two of these players, one for me and one for my husband, and we both LOVE it. I think this is the best player I've had for the price ever and I had quite a few mp3 players. I love the ease of use and the 16gb capacity. Also I don't have to deal with I Tunes!! Thank You Memorex!

I bought this on sale for $69.99. For the the amount of MB (16MB) this has, it's a great value. It's very easy to use and I like it alot.

This is a great value for what i paid 69.99 for 16gb. If you don't need internet and just want to listen to music,books, radio it is great. also has video and picture option. i did see where someone wrote that you had to buy audio books instead of downloading which i also don't care for. will try to download to see if it ends up in my music section since i did sync one book (45 min) and it did end up under music and came out fine. still trying to figure it all out to see if i can get it under audiobook. i just started using this so i will see if this last past warranty date which happens from time to time.(I have had my share of electronic lemons. lol) so far i would say give it a try unless you need all the bells and whistles! this has a great battery life. but would like to charge somewhere besides off my computer. worried it wasn't windows 7 compatible since i could not find anywhere, but it is

I got this product for christmas it does everything it says it does. I sounds good also and it comes with seven preloaded books. I am going to give it a 2 week trial and see how it is and will give an update on the product then.

I use it strictly for music and audio books. Sound quality above average. Nice display. Had to use the reset button once during initial setup, but otherwise works fine.

While I bought this for the 16gb capacity, the audio quality was very poor. I tried to use my Sony earbuds, and found that output was very low. The specs say 8.5mW (0.0085 watts!). Believe it. Quite useless. It died the next day.

Ok player but nothing special. Needs a better way to set up playlists other than by using Windows. Only bought because I had a gift card and it was within the limit of the card. No accessories that I can find. A case would really be nice. The On-Off switch seems to be a little flakey and stops working at times. Have to hit the reset button to get it fixed.

The on/off button broke in less than a month.Had to take it back.the refund was handled easy at the local best Buy store.

This product worked as described. My teen loved all the features especially the touch screen size. Would have like othe color selections but blue will do. This product is worth every penny. I shopped around and compared features. This was the best value per features. I definately recommend. Also I purchased 6 days prior to Christmas. I got free shipping and it arrived 2 days before the big day. Thanks Best Buy.

I bought this for my 12 year old daughter, and she loves it. She lost her Zune HD and says this one is better, more fun to use, and a cute color. I love it because it was 1/3 the price.

I purchase the MP3 player 16gb in order to store my music, The first day i received it, I charge it up after I down loaded about 800 song on it . the next day it was great. After two days it would not turn on. I brought it to the store, where I received my credit and purchare an I- POD, Its working great. I should've purchase it in the beginning.

I cannot rate it's durability, yet. It is easy to work. I use it mostly for audio books.

This is the worst Christmas present ever ! I would never buy another product from memorex .
