I bought this based on the fact that it is advertised as a dual alarm clock radio. My wife and I both wake up at separate times during the morning so we needed an alarm clock with two different alarms times. That's what I thought I was getting when the advertisement says this clock radio has dual alarms. We'll it does not. Apparently dual alarm means that you can wake to either the buzzer or the radio. I'll be returning this is it does not suit my needs.

This clock/CD/radio is very difficult to earn how to set. I have had it now for several months and I still use the alarm on my phone as back up because I am not sure if I have it set correctly. When I want to turn on the radio or CD player I have to pull out the instructions and re-read them.

I was very disappointed with this CD Clock Radio. For starters the buttons on the unit felt as if they were going to break just by pressing them lightly. I tried playing several CD's but it would NOT load any of them, thus I returned it back to the store within 2 hours of purchase.

I purchased this based on features and reviews. It was a bit pricey for me and I don't shop at Best Buy because of their poor return policy. But I took a risk and now I am out $50 because two months after purchase (outside of the BB return policy) it's broken. And of course I can't exchange it. I should stick to my own shopping policies and avoid the Best Buy.

Nothing worked. Clock began blipping out, didn't keep time and display was random slash marks. Who wrote that instruction manual? Representative on phone said I couldn't return it 3 1/2 weeks later. When I said, "so I'm out $45.00," he said, "yep!" First and very last purchase at Best Buy, which I'm suspicious is on it's way out. The memorex company is helping me.

I bought this to play a cd to help me sleep. About 1 minute into the CD, there was very loud static, which occurred again in a few seconds. We tried another CD and got static much further into the CD but still got static. I can't sleep with buzzy static! It's also very cheaply made.

This radio alarm is very hard to program. The instructions say to set the time, etc. the power should be off?????? It is difficult to get it to 12 hour time vs. military (24 hour) time. I have had this since sometime in August, 2013 and have never been able to set the alarm correctly.

Bought this radio in October 2013. CD player stopped working in March 2014. Unit comes with 90 day warranty. Do not spend your money on this model.

I had a Panasonic CD alarm that lasted NINE YEARS! I bought this one, and it stopped working after less than nine months!
