I prefer not to sit in front of my computer or use earbuds. This player is easily portable, has decent sound is great for music, meditation or talk cd's. I can download and burn anything I want off my computer and listen or exercise in comfort. Radio is not bad either if you want to listen to a game on it. Good value for the price. I have used it frequently over several months and the performance has been just fine.

For a little radio it has a big sound to it, easy to use. But for some reason to power cord keeps falling out and unplugging from the radio which is an inconvenient. I would take it back but my little daughter still believes that Santa brought that for her so I can't take it back, or she would know.

Bought this product for my mother inlaw to listen to her cd's. It's simple to use and has a decent sound.

I liked the unit size and ease of use. I would have liked a memory of track location when AC power is cut. Also progress within the track playing would have good for book CD's - to avoid starting at beginning of a long track in progress...

Seems to work well, and it's a good small size. I just wish it came with a remote. Good sound through my Beats headphones!

Great sound and reception. Only complaint is that the wall adapter doesn't stay plugged in very well to the back of the boom box. I like the compact design. Got it for my 12 year old daughter. She loves it.

This stereo packs a punch for its size. It has good sound, it's easy to use, it works with all of my CD's and works as speakers for my iShuffel, as well as my laptop. I read previous reviews about problems with the cord, radio tuning and signal and stereo loudness but I have not had any of these problems with mine. I'm very happy with it.

I use it as white noise in my daughters room. It plays CDs and the radio. Nice size, nice price, easy to carry. Great for the price we paid and the use we have. I would pick a better product for garage or jamming music in basement.

I wanted something that did everything: (1) radio with decent sound quality, (2) plays CDs, and (3) plays my iPod. It says it's capable of playing MP3s (iPod, right?), but I haven't tried that feature yet (and it's not obvious as to how that works--I'll need to read the instructions for that). Just wanted something for home use, and I think this will be fine.

I plan on using a little "fun tak" to keep the cord in its socket. I wish it weren't so loose. I use it in my foreign language classroom and if the cord slips then there is a break in the listening section of my lesson. And I have to replay the entire CD track. I read about this problem online before I purchased this unit, but the volume is good and so is the clarity of the sound for my needs so overall I am happy with this purchase.

Inexpensive / disposable player. My Wife is a first grade teacher and uses it in her classroom. Kids operate it just fine, plays all the different CD media she uses.

Honesty after reading the reviews online it seemed like this radio really packed a punch, but now that I have it plugged in at my house and I'm playing music it's not very loud at all. I'm not very happy with this item. Is there anyway I can return it for an upgrade , its not loud enough for me. =(

I recently purchased this boombox and love it. Finding the exact station is very easy as it is ditigal. I use this boombox in my house and the quality is great.

I know this type of audio device is not at the top of everyone's list but it you need a portable cd player/radio - this is a reliable machine.

Sounds good, easy to understand controls. Sound fills my work space.

Wanted it for emergencies as it runs on batteries. Good for the price and good size and shape

nice little radio with good sound, we use it for outside on the deck. Has good reception and being able to hook up mp3 player is a plus

I bought this for my niece for her iPod and she loves it. Sound quality is not great but what can you expect for the price.
