I've never really had any problems with the Memorex brand. As long as you take care of the discs, they should be more than sufficient for your record-keeping needs, especially if you've amassed large amounts of footage. The beauty of RW discs is being able to make multiple mistakes during the writing process; however, buyers should beware that older devices may not be able to read them once burned.

I've only used one so far but found no problem with getting them to work as advertised. I purchased them so that I can convert several older home movies from VCR to DVD so I can play them on newer machines. It additionally allows me to make additional copies for other family members.

I still have a dvd recorder and love taking home movies of my family, putting the movies on these dvds and mailing them to family that is out of state. Also the are great keepsakes too.

This DVD-RW is good not only to record shows and movies but also to re-record them later if your cable box or dish network gets glitchy during a recording. The picture quality is average but decent.

Needed some discs for my DVR at one of my storage facilities. Wished I could have found a smaller bundle, but the discs did the job that I needed them to do.

use: burn backup development and system files/configuartions disk erased weekly and re-burned never had one fail

I have tried numerous brands of recordable dvd's, but I've found Memorex the best for multible devises.

I really enjoyed using the DVDs for travel use. I just wish that they made the disc a little bigger too fit more on one!!!

Needed to make a Windows backup. These were cheap, easy to use, and were quite useful.

I went to 3 Best Buy stores before finding these blank re-recordable DVD's. I'm not sure why they are so hard to find, probably because of DVR's. I hate using a DVD one time and throwing it away after viewing it if it is not a program I want to keep. These allow you to use them over and over like you could with VHS tapes, so you can record shows you only want to view one time and then re-use the DVD.

It has beautiful picture quality. I like the size of the entire unit. It is compact.

What can I say? They work as expected and do what they are supposed to do.

When copying pictures for my friends these dvds were really easy to use.
