The package was shipped fast with a tracking number with no issues. Communication was smooth and with fully detailed information as well. The package was received in perfect condition. The Bluetooth speaker provides an awesome sound, it was louder than expected and I have no problem when charging it. The radio also works great, just find your favorite station and save it. It's best if you read the instructions first to know how to get around it to have a better understanding of how everything works. Splash water on it and it still works fine as expected. You can't go wrong with this speaker. Perfect gift for everyone. Thank goodness I found it here at best buy! A great deal for a great price.

Perfect size and great sound for the price. Love that it is waterproof AND has a radio tuner!! It is easy to operate too. Was given as a Father's Day gift and has been used and appreciated! Would definitely buy again!

Bluetooth works great. Digital radio is awesome, though shifting through presets can be a little tricky the way it's set up, but 20 preset options is a lot. Battery life is very good - I had it on all day going between radio and Bluetooth and it lasted 8+ hours on a single charge. The waterproof is legit, we dipped it underwater (didn't keep it submerged but wanted to test it out). For a poolside or beach radio, I'm very satisfied.

Wanted a speaker to use for the shower. This was water proof and had a radio too. Sounds better than the one it replaced. Should be good for the beach this summer too.

Loved the feel and construction. Feels well made but not too heavy to carry out to the pool. Take ours camping and it works great!

Works fine. Linked to my phone fine. Radio works, although, when I am up north, you have to fine tune stations and with it being digital, you either got it or not. No playing with the dial. Have not experienced any water yet. Hope it works on my floating cooler.

The radio works great and Bluetooth pairing was simple and fast. Charging was easy. Splash water on it and it's still functioning as described. I have not yet submerge it inside the pool. I however have dropped it in a bathtub and it still works fine to me. No issues found. So far so good! For this price, it really works great, more than expected and it's a perfect gift for anyone or for personal use!
