Delivering what it promises

I use for playing movies in the car for my daugther and she is happy! and me too! I choosed for the very low price. The only thing is that don't come with some support to install in the car.

Terrible purchase!

I read all the reviews of this product and was confident that I was getting a good deal. The order was shipped to store and that transaction was a good one, very quick getting to the store and the service at the my local Best Buy store was good. I got the product home and got it out of it's packaging and tried to play a DVD and it would not play it at all, it would turn on and then when I stuck a DVD in the player, the screen went black and it would not spin the DVD. I took it back to my local Best Buy and, they took it back no problem. Very good customer service at my local Best Buy.

After 2 days the screen went dead, quick replaceme

I called in to Customer Service and they sent a replacement to me right away. As of 2 days of use, the replacement still works. Keeping my fingers crossed.
