Fast install of memory. And great advice on upgrades.

I ordered a very expensive Dell XPS 9510 Laptop but wanted to upgrade my memory from 16 GB to 32 GB. I did not want to take any chances and decided to engage the Geek Squad to change out the memory. They did a good job and my Laptop works perfect.

Hands down, the best experience I have ever had with a computer repair. I was in and out with a repaired laptop in 30 minutes.

My laptop was running slow and I kept getting low memory warnings from my System Mechanic program. My email was slow to load and would freeze on occasion. My Acer E 15 had 4gb ram so I got an 8gb chip that Geek Squad installed for me. With 12 gb my system runs very well with no slowness or hesitation. Thanks Geek Squad!

They were quick and understanding. I had to update RAM on my work computer and they were helpful.

They did a good job on our T.V. set even tho they had to come back 2 times as I had to purchase the USB that ggoes into the back of te t.V.

Once you are being taken care of, the service is excellent. The long lines and staff shortages make the whole experience difficult, however. I waited for over half an hour to drop off my computer and then waited 20 minutes to pick it up, which took a long time because they had to pull someone from "the back" who had never checked anyone out before. I also had to interrupt the customer next to me to get details about what had actually been wrong with my computer and what they had done to fix it, because the helper didn't know. Staffing is hard everywhere right now, and the people they have are doing their best (which is great), but they do need more people.

The Geek Squad agents did an excellent job installing the memory in my laptop. My new computer works great with this new memory. Thank you so much Geek Squad personnel....

Geek Squad really guided me though this process. I had to get a new battery for my desktop computer and Geek Squad sent me a link to Amazon to purchase. I brought the new battery to Geek Squad and they installed it, no problem.

Only took an hour and a half and they were done. No frustration.

Nothing worse than your computer beginning to fail. Took my cpu into local store to be evaluated. Needed memory install and done within day or two. Happily using computer ever since.

The agents installed this in an inexpensive laptop I bought at Best Buy that only came with 4GBs of ram from the factory, It made the machine run considerably faster.

The Geek Squad installed additional memory and storage in my computer without any difficulty. The service was very quick and efficient and, my computer is working perfectly.
