The special effects in this movie are great. I've watched this movie several times before, I decided to buy the DVD. Now I can watch it whenever I want.

I bought this movie and the other MIB movies at a great price! Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones. The story is very tight and holds up with time too!

If you are looking for special features/supplemental content on a blu-ray for Men in Black then you will need to look elsewhere. This is the film only but it is mastered in 4K resolution. It actually has a very sharp picture and the sound in the movie has always been excellent. For something that came out in 1997, this is about as "new" as the movie has looked to me in a while. I recommend this to someone looking for top picture quality. At least until a higher resolution is created, which it may already have been.

This is one of my favourite films and now I get to see it in 4K Mastered! Definitely recommend but it's important to note that this is "mastered in 4K" on BD and that this is not a 4K film on BD. You must have a BD Player that has the capability of playing back xv.YCC color, a 4K UHDTV and the cables to get the full benefit of the expanded color!

Arguably the best MIB out of the entire series!!! Loved this movie back in 1997, got to see it in theaters and Will Smith meshed well with Tommy Lee Jones. Agent J & K saved the day; along with dominating the box office.

This one was a classic. Great to watch with the family. Lots of laughs and action. Jones and Smith were great together. I would recommend watching all three but make sure you watch them in order. We repurchased this and Part 2 by trading in the dvd's and getting $5 off. Thanks Best Buy!

The agents are polar opposites, the bad guy is unabashedly wicked and brutal. Seeing Agent J get thrown into the deep end and watching him sink or swim in this new and terrifying world he finds himself in is just cool. Noisy Cricket for the win!! My .02 cents.

I believe Men in Black has been released multiple times on blu-ray, and this release provides a Digital HD copy for Ultraviolet redemption. It's much cheaper than purchasing the film directly online to simply buy the blu-ray and use the code it comes with.

This movie is captivating from the start. Funny, engaging, a little scary even, Men In Black delivers a story that begs to be watched over again. Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones play opposite each other perfectly, as total opposites.

Science Fiction comedies are usually dismal failures, but "Men in Black" is a joy. Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith have never been better. Pure escapist fun. It would make a great double bill with "Ghostbusters."

This first movie of this franchise is just EPIC and needed to be had in a widescreen format for my newer TV (my DVD was in lame format) so, again, it was on sale and I gladly snagged it.

There are very few movies that you can make sequels to but give me Will Smith and anything course I'll watch it even Tommy Lee Jones still an awesome actor great movie great effects

Great sci-fi movie with interesting ETs and humorous partnership of a seasoned agent (Tommy Lee Jones) and a newbie (Will Smith).

Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith play off of each other extremely well in this Sci Fi Movie. The supporting cast is excellent and the special effects are A-1. Very Funny !
