For the price and performance I definitely give the treadmill 5 stars!! It was easy to put together and it’s not ridiculously loud, fits into a tiny space and it’s easy to work. I’m excited to lose weight with my new treadmill!!

Product came mostly assembled. Took about 30 minutes to set up. Have had for a few weeks now, used it at max incline for over an hour each time with no issues. Great smaller treadmill.

I purchased in January 2026. I really like this Treadmill Easy controls. I especially like the speed controls on the grab bar handles, adds a bit more safety. Functions smooth. The only thing I don't like is the limited View screen. I'm giving it Four stars for that reasons. (Screen). You have to use your phone or tablet to play workout videos...and SET IT IN FRONT OF THE Treadmill SCREEN. Also workout videos and data Starts with trial and then switches to a PAID subscription-based add-on that still only displays on your, phone,tablet or laptop, not the treadmill screen! Other than that It's OK for price range.

Absolutely love the treadmill but when it came in the incline was not working. Messaged Suupport didn’t get a reply for a week at least. Had to pull cover off and figure out the reset button on the incline myself. They finally messaged back, I replied and they never even bothered contacting me again. Worked fine for 3 weeks or so then motor started getting weak and loud. I submitted a support ticket so we will see what happens now. Worst CS i have ever received up to this point, even more so for the money spent. The treadmill is great but it does me no hood if it goes bad in a month. At this point i would not recommend anyone to biy from them. They have a chance to change that opinion, so we will see.

The MR-T12B2 with 15% auto-incline is a nice treadmill; however, mine is defective. Everything on it worked perfectly; except, the #1 preset speed key. Merach support is responsive; however, only via e-mail. I would receive their responses within the 24hrs, but those emails showed up in my inbox between midnight and 4am EST. Over 3 days it was a back and forth exchange. I was finally offered: 1.) small refund if I would keep it and use the mobile app as compensation 2.) smaller refund with keypad replacement or 3.) return and make another purchase. I would have liked to speak with customer support to resolve the issue, but that wasn’t possible. I will no longer purchase 3rd party products through Best Buy because I am unable to return it to their store. Going through the manufacturer customer support was a dragged out process because I couldn’t call them. My wife and I are choosing 3.) return.

Easy to setup, quiet, smooth, incline is good goes to 15%, speed goes to 7.5, faster speed would be nice at times. Overall 3 people using it, 5 days a week, no issues so far. Does what it was designed for.

I have ran and walked on this treadmill. I think it’s a pretty solid one for your day to day routine. I have tried up to 5.5 speed and it is fine. Just be aware that I am 102 pounds. However, my dad is around 230lb and he walks on in just fine. I think that for the price you can’t ask for more than what it does. The incline works amazing I think the setting goes higher than 10. I think it’s great.

The treadmill were easy to put together and is working very well.

This treadmill meets my wife's needs for a treadmill. Cheap but seems to be sturdy. Also easy to assemble. It's already assembled but you just need to insert the screws when you "unfold" it

Love this treadmill! It is very solid and works great. This is the 3rd treadmill I tried and it is by far the best one. I highly recommend this machine.

I was sent the wrong model and found out you cannot return through Best Buy, you have to go through the manufacturer. This has been such a pain. They told me I needed to take it to their warehouse but I refused to do that. I ordered an item shipped to me for a reason. They finally sent a return shipping label but refuse to pick up the treadmill so now I have figure out how to get it to a FedEx store. They also said they wouldn't accept the return if I didn't still have the original packaging and it had to be in good enough shape to be shipped in. I'm only returning because they sent the wrong item and I'm actually out money on all this. I had to buy packaging tape and have to either ask for a favor from someone with a truck or pay a fee for FedEx to pick up. Shame on Best Buy for agreeing to such an awful return policy. Makes me not want to shop here. I certainly will be going somewhere else to get a treadmill and definitely not buying from this manufacturer.
